Order Placement
The Embroidery Works utilizes PayPal secure payment gateway to process online credit card transactions which utilizes industry standard Secure Socket Layer (SSL) 128-bit encryption to protect your personal information during the order placement process. PayPal is recognized as one of the most trusted names for processing on-line credit card transactions.
When you place an online order with us, PayPal collects information about you, including your name, address and credit card information. This information is necessary to process and complete your order, and will not be stored on our web site.

Terms and Conditions
All Merchandise is new, first quality and completely guaranteed against material or workmanship defects.
All claims for shortages, damages, defects, price discrepancies, incorrect merchandise, etc., must be reported within 72 hours of receipt of goods. Claims will not be accepted after this time.
It is the customer's responsibility to count and inspect all merchandise before usage and washing to ensure it is the correct merchandise, correct quantity and in good condition as ordered. Without exception The Embroidery Works will not assume responsibility after garments have been used or washed. Furthermore, once the customer has examined and approved a sewn out or imprinted swatch with the customer’s logo, the sale is determined to be completed.
Other Terms and Conditions
The Embroidery Works GIVES NO WARRANTY FOR THE MERCHANDISE, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, DESCRIPTION, OR QUALITY. IN NO EVENT SHALL The Embroidery Works BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, OR FOR LOSS OF ANTICIPATED PROFITS ON ANY CLAIM OF ANY KIND RESULTING FROM ANY ORDER WITH The Embroidery Works.
We are required by law to collect sales tax on sales of goods with a shipping destination in the state of Illinois.
The Embroidery Works reserves the right to change any of the policies and procedures on this page at any time without prior notice. All rights of the parties in connecting with the purchase of goods from The Embroidery Works shall be governed exclusively by the laws of the State of Illinois. The Embroidery Works reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.
Returns
It is the customer's responsibility to count and inspect all merchandise before usage or washing to ensure it is the correct merchandise, correct quantity and in good condition as ordered. Without exception The Embroidery Works will not assume responsibility after garments have been used or washed. Furthermore, The Embroidery Works will not assume responsibility for any garments that have been embroidered, imprinted or embellished in any fashion by another party.
Closeout or Discontinued merchandise are final sales and may not be returned.
There are no returns of unwanted merchandise or merchandise ordered in the wrong size or color by the customer. We will not accept any returns for garments that have been embroidered, imprinted or embellished in any manner.
Unclaimed or refused shipments will not be eligible for any refund and will be charged additional freight charges. Cancellations of orders already in production will be subject to a 15% fee. If these items have already been embroidered, imprinted or embellished in any manner, the customer will be charged in full.
Any discount received as part of a quantity purchase will be forfeited if returned items bring the order quantity below the quantity for the discount.
Please allow 5-20 Business Days from receipt of returned merchandise for credit to be issued.

Availability
Availability of merchandise is subject to change or discontinue without notice.
While we have attempted to show color charts on our website with accurate colors, you recognize that the actual color of any merchandise may differ from that shown on our website.
Website Fabric Colors
Every effort is made to insure that pictured fabric colors on our website are as close as possible to the actual fabric color. This cannot be guaranteed and an actual color sample should be purchased when exact color match is required. Since most monitors are never calibrated the colors you see on your monitor may differ from what others see on their monitor and from the actual color of the apparel in the picture.
Shipping
Shipping Liability: This merchandise becomes your property at the time it is accepted by the carrier. The carrier will be United Parcel Service. United Parcel Service cannot deliver to a P.O. Box. Delivery address must be a physical street address.
We ship only to locations within the United States. Alaska and Hawaii shipments are excluded from any special shipping offers.
The Embroidery Works cannot be held responsible for lost or delayed orders after shipments leave our warehouse. Delivery of any shipment by us to a carrier relieves us of all further responsibility for damage and / or shortage. If you have a concealed shortage or damage you must notify carrier to inspect within 7 days of receipt of shipment. Any claim for damage or shortage must be filed in writing with the carrier. Claims must be filed within the carrier’s specified time frame of receipt of shipment.
Signature Requirements
Commercial Address : Signature required for all packages.
Residential Address : We ship with "No Signature Required" by default. The Embroidery Works cannot be held responsible for lost shipments in which the carrier does not require a signature for delivery (either by choice, designation or waiver of signature on file for the ship to address) and leaves package(s) unattended at the ship to address.
IMPORTANT NOTICE: Customer assumes all risk when requesting 'No signature required,' and-or deliveries to unsecured special locations, e.g., 'Leave at back door,' 'Leave at manager's desk,' etc.
